Warranty
Saint Machinery, Inc. warrants all products to be free from defects in material
and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of shipment from our
factory. This warranty does not apply if damage occurs in transit. Our liability
is limited to the replacement cost of the goods as shipped. We do not assume
liability for incidental damage from the use of our product. No other warranty
expressed or implied is made.
Terms
All prices are subject to change without notice. Terms are Net 30 with approved
credit. All shipments are F.O.B. from the factory.
Custom Orders
All custom orders, once entered, may not be canceled or changed without
approval; cancellation charges may apply. Custom orders are non-returnable. This
also applies to standard stock items that have been altered by the customer or
stock items we have altered at the customers request. All items for return must
be approved by us in writing and are subject to inspection upon receipt. A
restocking fee may apply and the freight must be prepaid to our factory.
Saint Machinery, Inc. does not furnish any drawings of standard or custom-built
reservoirs and accessories.
It has been our practice to provide extra holes and to install pipe couplings in
reservoirs at a nominal cost. This service has been provided strictly as a favor
and convenience in response to customer requests. Saint Machinery, Inc. accepts
no responsibility for the location, tolerances, or alignment of any of these
requests. Saint Machinery, Inc. sincerely regrets any inconvenience this causes
our customers.
